It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Wayne Parker (Tahoka, Texas), who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billie Wayne Parker to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her sister Nan Adams Howell (Duane); her daughters, Nancy Carkeet (George) and Penny Redman (Wes); her granddaughters, Lori Franco (Jerry), Amy LeGate (Jason), Briana Norwood (Shea) and Abbey Redman; her great grandchildren, Jacob Franco, Kaeden Norwood, Lauren Franco, Zoey Redman and Jackson LeGate; her great great grandchild Joplin Gutierrez; and her siblings, Noel Carter (Patsy) and Deidre Watts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
