She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Leake and Annette Swaim; her grandchildren, Bill Dixon, Mandi Kelley, Tony Leake, Sheri Mathis and Christy King; her great grandchildren, Blake, Kendall, Kamron, Cody, Wesley, Jacob, Joel and Jace; and her brother-in-law Gary "Bubs" Swaim.
