She was predeceased by : her parents, William Northcott and Pernie Northcott; her husband Ed Carlson; her siblings, Gene Northcott and Barbara Barron; and her granddaughter Brennan Carlson.

She is survived by : her children, David (Diane), Billy (Connie), Debbie Ging (Steve) and Donna Blomquist (Greg); her grandchildren, Travis Carlson (Nikki), Ashley McAllister (Jacob), Bethany McSorley (Patrick), LeAnn Gola (Matt), Kristen Weigelt (Wade), Kasey Farr (Alan), Kellen Blomquist (Claire) and Chelsea Marrow (Cortland); her great grandchildren, Philip, Sean McSorley, Lexi Urbis, Maverick McAllister, Maddie Flores, Raeghan Carlson, Nathan, Dalton Farr, Hadley, Kinsley, Casen Gola, Zachary, Carter Weigelt, Cooper, Camden Marrow and Scout Blomquist; her siblings-in-law, Ray Barron and Betty Ann Polasek; and her friend Doris'. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Thrall, Texas, The American Cancer Society, or one's choice of organizations.
