She was predeceased by : her father Otis "Donnie" Martindale. She is survived by : her husband Jason D. Fisk of Teague; her children, Brionna Pruitt (Justin) of Mexia, Hanna Proulx (Haden) of Kirvin, Blake Fisk of Teague, Brooke Fisk of Teague and Conner Fisk of Teague; her grandchildren, Greyson, Jaxson, Mary Dewise, Jasper, Wesley and Joanna; her mother Mary Martindale of Teague; her siblings, Heath Martindale of Blum and Holly Martindale of Teague; her stepsiblings, Jennifer Allen (Chris) of Blum and Stephen Martindale (Alisha Mulder) of Blum; and her mother-in-law Suzanne Fisk of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
