She was predeceased by: her father Gene Fowler Cullins; her parents-in-law, Wilburn Elma Shuffield and Minnie Alvina Shuffield; her brothers, Larry Gene Cullins and Everett Ray Patterson; her brothers-in-law, Garlen Lynn Shuffield and Jay Harvey; her sister Janis Kaye Lindeman; and her sister-in-law Ada Odesa Bryant.
She is survived by: her husband Wilburn Van; her daughters, Kalyn (Randall Hernandez) and Kari (Steven Christensen); her granddaughter Mazdyn Piper Hernandez; her sister Sherri Lynn (Jerry Murrow); her brother-in-law Harvie Lindeman; and also Jewel Cullins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews, and 5 grand dogs.
