He was predeceased by: his parents, Loise C. Millsap and Alice Millsap (Chancy). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Millsap (Lehr); his daughters, Brenda Buckley and Ericka Argomaniz; and his sister Charlotte Barr (Bill). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
