He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter Rice Sr. and Cecilia Catherine Gabriel. He is survived by: his children, Timothy James Rice and Kimberly Revell; and his sister Judy Dick. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
