She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Clemons and Roosevelt Byrd; her sons, Don E. Gordon and Clinton G. McInnis; her grandsons, Brandon T. Taylor and Dantavious D. Pinkston; her siblings, Ozella Moore, Shirley Birt, Gaynell Henry, Donna Scott, Horace Clemons and Elmer Clemons; and her nephew James Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Arrington (Lewis), Peggy McInnis, Melonee Wilson, Janice M. Robinson, Hazel E. King (Thomas), Darnell (Sonja), Paul Byrd, Douglas Byrd (Laquita) and Victor Davis (Lateria); and her siblings, Maxine Morris and James Jefferson (Gwendolyn). She is also survived by several grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
