He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Elizondo and Ella Elizondo; and his brother Dr. Charles Elizondo. He is survived by: his wife Polly Procter Elizondo; his sons, Colby Elizondo (Kimberly) and James Elizondo (Trisha); his siblings, Robert Elizondo and Martha Gomez; and his grandchildren, Logan Wills Elizondo, Lane Elizondo, Evan Wills Elizondo and Caitlin Elizondo.
