He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Barras of Tenaha; his children, Jerry Usey of South Louisiana, Richard Phillips of Tenaha and Anittra Adkison (Clint) of Garrison; his grandchildren, Gavin Phillips (Cassie) of Tenaha, Chloé Phillips (Devin Davis) of Magnolia, Brent Adkison of Garrison, Destini Phillips of Center, Austin Adkison of Garrison, Raimi Phillips of Center, Philip Adkison of Garrison and Jackson Phillips of Tenaha; his great grandchildren, Calder Phillips, Cain Phillips and Maddyn Marie Davis; and his sisters, Betty Cook of Alvin, Cathy Tomlinson of Napoleonville and Donna Wall of Wisconsin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
