With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elizabeth Rose Holland of Terrell, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elizabeth Rose left this world on July 15, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Thompson Van Pelt and Edwin Montigue Van Pelt; her sisters, Patricia Smith and Peggy Gillam; and her sibling-in-law L. R. "Dutch" Holland.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip "Flip" Holland and Christianne Richards; her grandchildren, Cody Holland, Jason, Susan Richards, Travis, Crystal Richards, Chad Richards and Ryan Keser-Richards; and also, Olivia Soto, Anna Garnica, Juanita Aguirre, Janie Garcia and Lorena Zubir. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church (200 W College St, Terrell, TX 75160).
