She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Ruth Collins; her brother Jerry Collins; and her spouse Rev. O. V. Birmingham. She is survived by: her children, Vinson Birmingham of Texarkana, TX. and Carolyn Allen of Texarkana, TX.; and her siblings-in-law, Earnestine Chism of Atlanta, TX, Helen Buchanan, Onedia Springfield of Houston, TX, Jean Collins of Texarkana, TX. and John Birmingham (Ida Faye) of Atlanta, TX.. She is also survived by family, extended family members, spiritual children, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (158 Payton, Texarkana, TX 75501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
