He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clem and Martha Clem; and his siblings, Jerry Clem and Amy Clem Cook. He is survived by: his wife Linda Clem of Texarkana, Texas; his daughters, Blinda Dadam of Phoenix, Kim Sandefur of Texarkana and Kellie Vestal (Lance) of Texarkana, Texas; his brothers, Richard Clem (Becky) of Dallas and Tom Clem of Texarkana, Texas; his grandchildren, Lauren Tarrant, John Dadam, Jesse Dadam, Audrey Sandefur, Katherine Sandefur, Olivia Allen, Andrew Allen and Grant Allen; and his cousins, Ann and Al Renfro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to the Highland Park Baptist Church building fund.
