It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe David Osborne Jr. of Texarkana, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on May 22, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter April LeAnn Osborne; his parents, Joe David Osborne, Sr. and Juanita Osborne; and his siblings, James Osborne and Shirley Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Osborne of Texarkana, Texas; his children, Audrey (Paul Peters), Amanda Osborne of Texarkana, Texas and Christopher; his daughter-in-law Chelsey Osborne of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sister Peggy; his brother-in-law Jim Owenby of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Hailey Osborne, Kyleigh Osborne and Bo Osborne.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
