He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Wade and Inez Mitchell Wade; and his siblings, William Wade, Paul Wade, Nina Wade, Dizzie Wade and Lou Ann Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Latrina Cross Wade of New Boston, Texas; his sons, Ryan Wade of New Boston, Texas and Jarrod of New Boston, Texas; and his siblings, Nettie Williams of Texarkana, Mary Wade of Texarkana, Inolia Butler of Texarkana, Arkansas and Ezekiel Wade of Tracy, California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
