In loving memory of Paul Edward Neal of Texarkana, Texas, who departed this world on October 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Paul leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertha Neal and Ezra Neal; his brother E. C. Neal; and his sister-in-law Annette Neal. He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Alan Neal (Jennifer) and Paul Bradford Neal; his siblings, Mark Neal (Judy) and Barbara Decker; and his grandchildren, Greg Neal, Rachel Smith, Matthew Neal, Mark Neal, Luke Neal and Sarah Neal. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home (3515 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX 75503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Church on the Rock Building Expansion/"Make Room" Fund.
