She was predeceased by : her mother Joann Carpenter; and her brother James Shannon Carpenter. She is survived by : her father James Carpenter; her children, Skyler Jones (Taylor), Gavin Hill, Tristen Hill, Bailey Hill and Riley Hill (Brittany); her siblings, Robby Tefteller (Stacy), Cindy Capps and Tina Mckean (Eric); her grandchildren, Gwen Hill, Roose Hill and Milly Hill; and her close friend Dee Sweeden.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75569). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
