He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Lewis; his daughter Jessica Honnell; his brother Marshall Lewis; his stepbrothers, Ricky Carlton, Jimmy Carlton and Dennis Carlton (Donna); his sisters-in-law, Deena Lewis, Robin Lewis and Terri Lewis; his grandchildren, Sophia Strickland and Blaise Harris; his sibling's children, Heather Lewis (Ray Estrada), Abby Lewis, Sarah Lewis, Ashley Chambless (Michael), Melissa Hayes, Josh Lewis (Halee), Dyaln Lewis (Lauren), Billy Fetner and Thomas Jordan (Haley); and his cousins, Charles James, Pam Edmonson, Dwayne Edmonson, Brittany Edmonson, Levi Edmonson and Teresa Loe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
