It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vivian Ann Scott of Texarkana, Texas, born in Bertha, Minnesota, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Hilary and Albina T. Drayna Gjerstad; and her siblings, Mark Gjerstad and Carol Holt. She is survived by : her husband Rev. Mervin Scott; her children, David Anderson, Heidi Jenson, Dale Anderson, Holly Anderson and Daniel Anderson; and her siblings, Kathy Leseman, Steve Gjerstad, Jerry Gjerstad, Roberta Behrmann, Mary Jo Behrmann and Rita Hull.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633).
