He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemente J. Garcia, Sr. and Catalina DeLaRosa Garcia; his son Clemente Juan Garcia, III; and his siblings, Catalina Garcia and Carlos Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Sammye Jo Garcia of Texas City; his children, Lindsay Bernadette Garcia Jackson (Michael Wayne Jackson, Jr.) of Dickinson, Nicholas J. Garcia (Jasmine Salome Garcia) of Chesapeake, VA and Ryan Christopher Garcia (Barbara J. Blackwell); his grandchildren, Clemente, IV, Maria, Jared, Heaven, Dominic, Ronan, Jaxon, Laila, Mariah, Riley and Catalina Jo Garcia; and his siblings, Helen Campos of Texas City, Frances Rodriguez (Oscar) of Texas City, JoAnn Pena of Galveston, Joe Garcia of Galveston and Michael Garcia (Debbie) of Galveston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
