He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Woods and Annie Woods. He is survived by: his sister Judy Spain; his daughters, Catherine Lopez and Betsy Woods; and his grandsons, Malcolm Woods-Smith, Nate Woods-Smith and Oliver Lopez.
