He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Booker Roth and Hugo Emil Roth; his brothers, Karl and Don; and his son Anthony Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his son Stephen (Marc); his daughter-in-law Joyce Roth; his grandchildren, Matthew (Jill), Holle (Armando), Martin (Jess) and Curtis; and his son Jerry-New Zealand (Debbie). He is also survived by his family and his friends.
