We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 76, Ronald Higgins (Texas City, Texas), born in Galveston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Josephine Jones and Auburn Higgins Sr.; his brother Auburn Higgins Jr.; and his son Peter Monarth (Jimmie Black). He is survived by : his wife Klara Higgins of Texas City, Texas; his daughter Georgia Stovich of Texas City, Texas; and his grandchildren, Veronica "Ronnie" Stovich (Corbin Mason) of Nacogdoches and Adam Stovich (Gloryannah) of San Diego.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carnes Funeral Home - CTC (3100 Gulf Fwy, Texas City, TX 77591). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
