She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Hazzard (Tammy), Donna Burkett (Randy) and Marc Hazzard (Lori); her grandchildren, Amanda "Tutti-Fruitie" Johnson (B. J.), Travis "Good-Lookin" Hazzard (Jessica), Traci "Puddin-Toot" Maruri (Chris), Matthew "Little Man" Burkett (Maria), Bryan "Handsome" Hazzard (Alissa) and Leeanna "Princess" Davis (John); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Hazzard, Claire Johnson, Madisyn Davis, Cooper Maruri, Abigail Hazzard, Mallory Johnson, Reese Maruri, Annalee Hazzard, Daniel Davis, Addison Hazzard and Avalynn Hazzard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Texas City.
