She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Hiney; her parents, B. B. Parson and Sue Parson; and her brother Butch Parson. She is survived by: her children, Joey Hiney (Phyllis), Lani and Sue Gove; her grandchildren, Rick (Ann), Derek (Shannon), Max (Shanna) and Hailey; her son Charlie Hiney (Melissa); her grandsons, Tyler (Meg) and Wade (Nia); her sister Martha Schwartz; and her great grandchildren, Kade, Emily, Lola, Noel, Sadie, Jane, Ander, Molly and Rose.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Pleasant Retreat Cemetery (848 Co Rd 458, Thorndale, TX 76577).
