She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Eldredge and Myrtle Eldredge; her husband Allen Curtis Parks; and her children, Donna Parks Bailey and Johnie Parks.

She is survived by : her son Curtis Parks; her grandchildren, Michelle Parks Cartwright (Christopher), Johnny Parks Jr. (Nicole), Shannon Parks, Shane Parks (Amber), Portia Young, Allen Parks and Priscilla Sparks (Johnny); and her siblings, Dorthy Dorsey, Margel Pounders and Lee Eldredge. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
