She is survived by: her husband James Middleton; her sisters, Nancy Funderburk and Paula Slafka; her children, Andrea Dugat and Mike Middleton; her grandchildren, Amber Fasheh, Aaron Middleton, Callie Crouch and Courtney Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Jet, Cate, Blaze, Christian, Lilah, Jagger, Jacob and Wells.
