He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Earl Wilcoxen and Juanita Shearer (Simpson); his adoptive father William Shearer; his brother Mark Shearer; his brother-in-law Wayne Kilgo (Jacquelyn); his sibling's children, Rick Shearer Jr. (Victoria) and Kaye Collins (John); his great-niece Terri Sexton (John); his stepson Payson Clarke (Stacey); his former wife Jackie Shearer; his wife Donna Shearer; his stepson Eron Clarke; Michelle Shearer. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren; many great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
