She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Horn and Mary Frances Wade Horn; her husband James Edward Conklin; her son Donald Conklin; and her mother-in-law Flora Deenie McMichael Conklin.
She is survived by : her children, Douglas Conklin (Connie) and Teri Conklin; her grandchildren, Ryan Conklin and Celina Conklin; her sister Margie Harrell; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Gray Hoppe. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
