She was predeceased by : her parents, Mike Cooksey and Clarabelle Crawford Cooksey; and her husband Bill Payne. She is survived by : her sisters, Mary Jo Chatinier of New Orleans, LA and Shirley Wendler of Temple, TX.; her children, Stewart (Martha Anderson) of Mesquite, TX and Patty Howell (Dickie Howell) of Trinidad, TX.; her granddaughter Jenny (Kraig Kitchen); and her great grandchildren, Landon and Jaxon Keylon.
