He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Melinda Johnson (Chad), Dolton Valentine, III, Jermie Valentine and Ira Valentine; his grandchildren, Jermie, Jr., Shelby, Alex, Dakota, Dolton, IV, Dallas, Dustin, Katie, Jordan, Ryan and Ira, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kryie, Eleanor, Wyatt and Aiden; and his sisters, Dolores, Jeannie, Linda and Kathy.
