He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Santos L. Soto and Camelia Garza Soto; his wife Juanita Rose Lowry; his sister Sandy Capps; his children, Santos Soto III of Troy and Karmen Branham of Troy; his brothers, Pete Soto of Stephenville and Joe Soto of Troy; his grandchildren, Nick Branham, Aidan Branham, Emma Soto, Santos "Dru" Soto IV and Noah Soto; and his close friend Sheri Joblonowski.
