It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Swinney (Tuleta, Texas), born in Taft, Texas, who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Wendy Foster and Brady Foster of Sinton, Texas; her husband Billy Wayne Swinney of Tuleta, Texas; her sons, Conner of Tuleta, Texas, Allister Zimmerman of Tuleta, Texas, Damian Zimmerman of Houston and Billy R. Swinney of Round Rock, Texas; and her siblings, Nikolas Foster of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Anna Foster of Sinton.
