He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Belen and Petra Amaya. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Amaya; his children, Margaret Rodriguez (Carlos), Rachel Almendarez (Joe), Ruth Robling (Keith), Regina Vasquez (Leonard), Rita Hernandez, Rowena Castro (Francisco), Rhoda Zamora (Edward), Ramon Amaya, Jr. (Marlowe) and Jesus Belen Amaya (Christina); and his siblings, Loretta Trevino, Eva Garcia and Corando Guzman (Celia). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great granddaughter and several nephews and nieces.
