She was predeceased by : her parent Republican; her son-in-law Jerry Don Horton; and her granddaughter Stacy Sanchez (Horton). She is survived by : her husband Gerald Thompson of Abilene; her children, Donny Thompson of Clyde, Greg Thompson (Sheri) of Abilene and Mandy Horton of Tuscola; her grandchildren, Adam Thompson, Chris Sanchez, Kelcey Williams (Jeff), Carson Horton and Jackson Thompson; and her siblings, Linda Rippetoe of Duncan and Gary Atherton (Peggy) of Fort Worth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
