He is survived by : his mother Barbara Bump Smurphat; his sister Amy Smurphat; his girlfriend Laurin Parrick; his sons, Kevin Smurphat II and Christopher Smurphat (Jamie); his grandsons, Lincoln and Elijah; his son Brandon Smurphat (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Abigail, Ashtyn and Ariya; and his son Zachary Smurphat (Kylee). He is also survived by other relatives and many special friends.
