He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Elbert Fulton, Ressie Fulton (Nalls), Marshall Stone and Mattie Stone (Stephens). He is survived by : his parents, Kenneth Howard Fulton and Frances Loriane Fulton (Stone) of Athens; his daughters, Emily Fulton of Athens and Natalie Fulton of Athens; and his siblings, Sonja Barber (Kevin) of Shreveport and Richard Fulton (Tammy) of Athens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
