He is survived by: his parents, Sally Rader McHugh and Terrence McHugh; his fiancée Charity Thomas; his siblings, Gerard Madore, Kevin McHugh, Timothy McHugh, Michael McHugh, Kathleen Lyons and Karen Nichols; and his siblings' children, Nicholas McHugh, Isabella Madore, Christina McHugh, Zaida McHugh, Timothy McHugh (JR) and Colleen McHugh.
