He is survived by: his wife Peggy Forbis; his daughters, Kim Jones of Norman, OK, Kelly Coker (Kenneth) of Tyler, TX and Kara Loeffelholz (Danny) of Flint, TX; his grandchildren, Kayla Burnough of Oklahoma City, OK, Tyanne Burnough of Oklahoma City, OK, Marcus Burnough of Norman, OK, Derrick Burnough of Norman, OK, Arianna Coker of Calera, OK, Anna Coker of Tyler, TX, Eli Loeffelholz of Flint, TX, Nate Loeffelholz of Flint, TX and Thadd Loeffelholz of Flint, TX; and his siblings, Sharon Strain (Bill) of Aledo, TX and Keith Forbis (JoAnn) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
