James Alton Pierce Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2022, at the age of 86, James Alton Pierce in Tyler, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ava Marie Pierce and Joseph Marvin Pierce; and his sister Ola Mae Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Berta Burgess Pierce; his brother Robert Pierce (Joyce); his sons, Darr Dwight Pierce (Pam), Randy Lee Pierce, Troy Dee Pierce, Barry Jayson Pierce (Shari), Jaret Burgess and Jason Burgess (Katie); his grandchildren, John Wadle (Trista), Cammarie Scallorn (Michelle), Casie-Lin Pierce, Shelly Pierce, Victor Guerra, Brandon Pierce, Jackson Pierce, Ryan Pierce (Kayla), Raigan Jones (Conner), Brooklyn Grace Burgess and Clayton Burgess; and his great grandchildren, Zane Guerra and Brasen Guerra.
