He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Loper. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Loper; his daughters, Lindsey and Amanda Loper; his grandsons, Aiden Bolton and Oliver Kemp; his brother Tim Loper (Shelia); his siblings' children, T. J. Loper and Christy Tucker; his brother Scott Loper (Tina); and his siblings' children, Chelsey Smiley, Brandy Ford and Mandy Miles.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of East Texas.
