He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Trinidad Benites and Demetria Tavares. He is survived by: his wife Petra Morales Albarrán; his children, Rigoberto Tabares, José Reynaldo Tabares, Victor Tabares, Patty Torres Tabares, Erika Tabares and Edelmira Chávez; and his siblings, Enrique Tirado, Federico Hernández, Ramiro Tirado, Robertina Tirado and Aida Tirado. He is also survived by his nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - Tyler (3210 W NW Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75702). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location.
