He was predeceased by : his former life partner Darlyne Milstead. He is survived by : his wife Lee Huddleston-Milstead; his daughter Misty Foster; his stepson Brian Huddleston (Vicky); and his grandchildren, Larissa Matchett, Ryleigh Goulden, Shyla Justin Dobie, Madison, Zaylie and Raiden.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary (220 S Getty St, Uvalde, TX 78801).
