With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce Eloise Morgan of Valley Mills, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe R. Morgan; her parents, Jesse Perry Hipp and Eva Adams Hipp; her brother Ralph G. Hipp; her half-brother Jesse Perry Hipp Jr.; and her in-laws, Clyde R. Morgan and Vita Mae Hoover (Morgan).
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Ramey (Randall), Ray Morgan (Sherrie) and Meredith Tull (Steve); her grandchildren, Perry Ramey (Beth), Morgan Addington (Chase), Madeline Reeder (Adam), Lilly Morgan, Eva Morgan and Lauren O'Neil (Robin); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Miller and Alex Hoover. She is also survived by Five great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a donation in her memory to the Valley Mills Fire Department, Valley Mills Library, or the the Church of Christ Mission Fund.
