It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Paul Manney (Valley Mills, Texas), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Manney and Anna Manney (Miller); and his sisters, Arletta Kurth and Charlotte Berghammer. He is survived by: his wife Arlyce W. Manney (Krueger); and his children, Lorelei Shannon (Michael), Xander Dean and Gwendolyn Rice (Adam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
When the COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges and forced churches to close, Bill adapted by starting a "Sermons-By-Mail" ministry.
