He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe R. Devers and Adeline Sophie Devers (Knabe); his daughter Barbara Devers; and his brother Daniel Devers. He is survived by: his wife Margie Devers of Valley View; his children, Jason Devers of Sherman, Diana Roberts of Corvallis, OR and Matthew Devers of Valley View; his granddaughters, Brooke Devers Jennings (David) of San Antonio and Mikayla Hesse of Muenster; his siblings, Victoria Newton (Nathan) and Lee Devers (Rebecca) of Valley View; his mother-in-law Ethel Hesse of Muenster; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Golaz (Charles) of Paradise, Tina Waltersheid (Bert) of Muenster, Bert Hesse (Christy) of Muenster and Mark Hesse (Melanie) of Muenster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
