He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Proctor and Grace Mundy Proctor; and his siblings, Dale Proctor and Terri Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda of Van Alstyne; his sons, Larry E. Proctor Jr. of Klondike, William Alan Proctor of McKinney and Bradley Wayne Proctor of Euless; and his sisters, Linda Benskin, Carol Stewart and LouAnn Williams. He is also survived by four grandsons, three granddaughters, three great grandsons, and one great granddaughter.
