She was predeceased by : her parents, Herschel Fraze and Marie Fraze; her husband Norman Adams; her daughter Carol; and her brothers, Ricky and Jacky.
She is survived by : her siblings, Gerald, Shirley, Glenda and Johnny; her son Tommy (Wendy); her grandsons, Glen and Thomas; her son Alan (Phylis); her grandsons, Tim and Jonathon; her daughter Brenda; her grandchildren, Justin, Melissa and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Michael and Brandi. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
