He was predeceased by: his son Deryle Jenkins; his parents, Samuel Jenkins and Nell Jenkins; his siblings, Otis Jenkins and Minnie Landman; and his granddaughter Melissa McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Jenkins of Grand Saline; his children, Vickie Hollowell of Grand Saline, Larry Jenkins of Grand Saline and Jennifer Mayo of Van; and his grandchildren, Brian, Crystal, Jodeci, Christy, Sean and Casey. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
