He is survived by: his daughter Connie Simpson (Rick) of Summit, Mississippi; his stepchildren, Kathy McEwen of Nederland, Texas and James Wisner (Amanda) of The Woodlands, Texas; his sister-in-law Dora Mae Parsons; his grandchildren, Karrie Simpson, Katie Douglas (Aaron), Jake Simpson, Tyler, Evan Wisner, Rebecca Ferguson, Karen Nall, Bryan and Justin Heiner; his great grandchild Jude Douglas; his nephew Dwayne Parsons; and his close friends, Ron Brown and Jimmie Dribbens. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
